What is SoulCollage®?
SoulCollage® is an intuitive collage process that culminates in the creation of a deck of Soul cards revealing your personal story of psyche (mind) and soul. It’s a way to nourish your soul and tend to your mind at the same time. Using your intuition and imagination, you’ll create a personal deck of cards that are visible images of your inner self.
But it’s more than just a collage; it’s a journey of self-discovery. Using images that resonate with you, you’ll create a deck of cards representing different facets of your personality, relationships, and spiritual connection. These cards can be used as a tool for reflection, meditation, or simply as a source of inspiration.
SoulCollage® Sessions
Whether you’re seeking personal growth, exploring your creativity, or simply looking for a new way to connect with yourself, SoulCollage® can be a powerful tool. I offer individual and group SoulCollage® sessions tailored to your specific needs and goals.
Creating Your Soul Card Deck
Similar to a deck of playing cards, except with a 5″ x 8″ format, a SoulCollage® deck consists of four suits.
Each suit has a particular focus and function. You’ll have complete freedom in building your deck. You can choose to focus on one, two, three, or all four suits.
In the Committee Suit, you’ll identify various aspects of your personality, name them, and image them. Learning to understand and accept all your personality parts without judgment can help you keep the more troublesome ones in check (like your Inner Critic) and grow the presence of the more helpful ones (like the Wise One).
The Community Suit allows you to honor the vital connections you have with other people. It will remind you that you are not alone and that help and support are available to you.
Animal images are emphasized in the Companion Suit. The animals you chose can depict energies that are shared with humans and help to access a sense of spirituality.
Lastly, the Council Suit uses images of universal archetypes as metaphors for your inner world. Archetypes have existed throughout time and all cultures. They can be very powerful in reminding you of your connection to the larger story of humankind.
